TableToRectilinearGrid create a Rectilinear grid from a table. Each unique value of the X-Y-Z provided arrays is used to define the grid. An (x-y-z) point that does not exist in the input table is marked as blank, as well as its surrounding cells. The rows are not expected to follow any kind of order.
