This property indicates whether to load the primary grid or the dual grid. The primary MPAS grid is defined as a Voronoi diagram of points on a sphere, and the simulation data are defined in those cell regions of that Voronoi diagram. MPAS also defines the dual grid, which is naturally a Delaunay tesselation of the points. When this option is true, the primary Voronoi diagram is loaded, and the field data are the cells of these regions. When this option is false (the default), the dual Delaunay tesselation is loaded and the field data is on the points. Note that switching between the dual and primary grid switches the point/cell semantics. Thus, when UsePrimaryGrid is turned on, the selection of point arrays actually affects cell arrays and vice versa.
